HOW WE WORK?

Know the stages how we do custom designed Diamond Jewellery of your choice

Consultation

The first part of the process is to discuss about your design ideas based on the photographs, sketches or have taken inspiration from an existing piece of jewellery, options and budget.

Cost Estimation

After discussing all of your requirements, our team will work out all of the costs based on the dimensions, materials and the specifications required to provide you with the initial quotation.

03.

Design Development

Once the quotation has been approved from your end, Our in-house design team will proceed to create a 3D rendering of your bespoke piece. If necessary, we will go through multiple iterations of the same design to ensure it meets your every requirement.

04.

Production

Our in-house team of highly-trained artisans will then use the approved 3D design as a blueprint to craft your customized jewellery. By combining traditional techniques with the latest lasers and micro setting tools we ensure that your design is converted into the lightweight, beautiful piece that it is meant to be.

05.

Delivery

Upon completion of all Quality Testing and hallmarked with the correct metal markings, we will deliver the bespoke piece to your doorstep.

Note: Typically the production time for most jewellery pieces is 7 to 14 working days. Depending on the complexity of the design, this may take longer and we will inform you of this during the initial design development.
